Hermes Chaos?
I ordered something on Otto and specified my preferred delivery date there. Then I received a message via Hermes saying the package should be delivered tomorrow (much too early).
I called the hotline. The robot gave me tomorrow as the delivery date, and then my actual desired delivery date next week…?
Then I received an email that suddenly listed my preferred delivery date. My tracking information also now shows my preferred delivery date.
Hermes just called and said they'll be back tomorrow… what now? What's on the tracking number?
You could have asked Hermes staff directly.
