Hermes?

Hello, something happened to me. I ordered something from Otto three weeks ago. The Hermes courier came and said he had given me the package. However, I never received it and my signature is not visible. Then I called Otto and asked where my package was. They started investigating and the driver claimed that I had accepted the package and even signed it. The signature is only a line. Then the head of the shipping company personally met me at the door. He said I had to sign something and that he only had 24 hours to prove where the package was. I feel threatened and don't know what to do.
