HELP Return report from TÜV expert help?

Hey dear community.

I had a car subscription via like2drive/Fleetpool Ford Kuga 2019 (2023)

I returned the Ford Kuga on April 13, 2024 (the first report about the return and the leak was documented here).

I first noticed the problem with the taillight at the time of the expert's visit; my colleague was also there. The inspector said this was a common problem with Ford Kuga vehicles and was covered by the warranty. I checked the warranty, and the Ford has a valid new car warranty. The invoice was issued on April 18, 2024. I received the invoice by email today (August 12, 2024).

Here is an excerpt from the bill:

Cost and value summary (EUR): without VAT 19% VAT with VAT Repair costs (estimated): EUR 365.00 EUR 69.35 EUR 434.35 Depreciation (estimated): EUR 365.00 EUR 69.35 EUR 434.35

Value-reducing factors Group Item Description, type of repair Repair costs Reduced value Damage caused by violence 1 Left rear light leaking – replace 365.00 EUR 365.00 EUR

I treated the car cleanly and with care.

This is the first time I've been in this situation! Please, I really don't know what to do. I'm really desperate.

Here is another picture from the document

I don't have a lawyer and I am currently unemployed

Now, afterward, you won't be able to do anything. I think you should have given a guaranteed order directly to the Ford contract workshop. You are ultimately responsible for handling over the vehicle in the contractual state.

I do not think that like2drive is contractually obliged to take care of it afterwards.

Did you report it on time?

No, the expert saw that. And if there is a guarantee, I think it is a
