Help please (lots of mini splitters) what to do?
Hello everyone,
I got several mini splinters in my mouth 5 to 10 minutes ago. They've turned slightly reddish and I don't know how to get them out. Unfortunately, tweezers didn't work, so I wanted to ask you what you think about it. I hope you have some good advice because I don't know what to do anymore. Thank you to everyone who answers, please no hate comments.

Using a needle underneath, open the skin a little (hearing worse than it is) and then get out with a tweezer. Then the splinters are open.
I don't think you can do much, maybe do an ointment on it and later try again with the tweezers
