Help, my cat is terrorizing us?
Hi, I got a cat from the animal shelter about half a year ago. It started off really well, but now the cat has started peeing all over the place. The litter box is clean and she even goes in to do her business.
But she pees everywhere on my sweetheart's work clothes, my clothes, in a travel bag, in the wardrobe. We would have to take our couch to the bulky waste because of this and it just doesn't stop no matter what I've tried.
It's actually always stupid because they say the animal will be given away if it causes problems. But she pees all over our wooden furniture so much that we have to throw everything away. I can't stand it anymore. I love her but it just can't go on like this, because she's even defecated on important work documents. She's neutered and almost 5 years old and has always been house trained, but then she started once and now it's getting worse and worse, and everything she's peed on before – when I disinfect the laundry and put it in the wardrobe – she opens the drawer and immediately pees on the clothes again.
Does anyone know what the problem could be? Unfortunately, I'm so close to having to part with my pet because it's simply not bearable.
You are my last hope
Question: Are you with the vet? Were a urine sample and a bubble reflection made?
Uncleanness is usually pushed for protest in cats first and therefore not properly examined. It should be reversed.
I had a hangover that ran everywhere and made everyone despair until it turned out that he had a chronically inflammatory intestinal disease. With the right food and medicines, he was easily clean.
Since the animal is kept alone (which is absolute malting for cats) and you only play something with the cat 2-3 times a day, I would simply say boredom.
You make too little with the cat. There are cozy animals and there are those who want to play for hours, get up, etc.
That's why a second cat, because you can't replace a second cat.
And you don't seem to be willing to deal with the cat for several hours (more than 2-3).
Although then the question is what an animal needs attention and time
Cats are getting unclean from stress. Individual posture, boredom, too little space, too little clos, wrong scatter, pinkish spots not sufficiently cleaned with enzyme cleaner health problems, new situations etc. Instead of giving them off, you can consult a cat behavior trainer. Equipped rooms with pheromone plugs
The hangover from my friend pees on his bed if he doesn't fit. Most often when the cat's cloister was not clean, for example. You seem different. You have to try to find out what is bothering your cat if she misses any missing toy, or the noise from the other neighbors annoys her.
If I understand, you only have a cat's clot? This could be the problem. Many cats like to separate their big and small businesses, so a second cat cloister has to come.
It could also be stressful, usually you push the animal too much or it just doesn't feel comfortable right now.
It could also be that the animal is sick and therefore cannot hold the urine. Doesn't she go to the cathouse?
Have you ever asked a vet? Otherwise, that would be a good starting point.
How was it in the shelter? What she mare? You can also go there and ask for support, of course you can help you there 😃
The cat is held individually. Somehow she has to say that there is a problem.
Please get a second animal, also female, neutered, about at the same age and of similar character, and socializes the two reasonably. It takes a lot of time and patience, but your cat cries out loud about help.
Well. Yesterday was the international day of cats. Did you celebrate the day properly? If not, you have the bill now. 😀 😀 😀
You threaten to 08/15/2024 with no notice.
Then it's over with Kitekat and scratching tree. Then it means chasing mice and punching with other cats and fighting with lice.
When she still pees, you put her in front of the door and wish her all the best for the future.
Actually a pretty funny idea but that's not my plan
Animal torture and a crime are a funny idea? Are you okay?
And guessing about crimes and bullying is good?
yes, so some people tick
You think she's a single animal? Are you working with her enough?
Yes she is a single animal because she has not understood anyone in the animal shelter and the animal shelter wanted a separate place for her
That's okay, but then you should deal with the animal enough. Or is she a freelancer?
I think 2-3 times playing the day is enough she is also not alone can walk through the house And deal with the dog she understands herself great
But there's something missing from the animal, or she wouldn't go everywhere.
I also find the comments that all just say that problem is that they are single cat is a bit too flat. Many cats in the shelter do not like other cats. They often experienced something bad and see others as competitors. More cat clos, more employment and a veterinarian visit would be my proposal.
I'm still thinking of missing employment/attention. Even if you say 2 to 3x would be enough.
I know, but unfortunately not what
She doesn't want a free move we've tried but she doesn't want to get out
