Leave him, the little ones of the two. Brood's still on the way now and test their wings. Sometimes they overestimate themselves or underestimate the weather (eg the rain) or go into cover before robbers. Tomorrow morning, the pepmatt has disappeared safely and learns to become a real adult bird.

Do nothing. Probably just sleeping because tired. Maybe he's really weak, or he's bad, but then leave him. It may sound cruel, but one should no longer learn to interfere in everything.
