Help, I think I have a problem?

Hello, I bought my moped today and I'm very happy because it drives perfectly. My colleague got it for me. There are just a few small problems. Firstly, the speed. I have the moped test certificate and according to the test certificate I'm allowed to drive 25, but despite the throttle and everything it goes a bit faster than 30. Then the paperwork. He lost the paperwork for the scooter and wants to make an appointment at the registration office to get confirmation. We've drawn up a purchase contract. He gave me the insurance papers but it says that it's expired. I've contacted them and am waiting for a reply. The license plate is blue though, so I don't understand why it's expired according to the paperwork. He says I can drive like this for now. But I'm very unsure, what do you say? I don't want any trouble with the police!

A moped isn’t a mofa, I’d be careful.

On the blue sign is the insurance, I would call it prestige, because without insurance it is also a crime.

Good time.

The papers should be applied to the manufacturer because they are not replaced by a TUV confirmation
