Help, I have lumbago?

Help, I have a witch's shot. I've had pain since Friday. Today the orthopedist said that I have a witch's shot. I do almost everything but it's so uncomfortable.

He said I should wait until Friday and if it doesn't get better he would give me an injection. What are your experiences with this?

He also said that he thinks I don't need it because I'm also young 21

I'm worried that I'll be in so much pain from the injection that something bad will happen to my back?

You’d better get some painkillers. The syringe acts a few days at most and then you have problems again. Ask the doctor for severe painkillers. At least that would be opiates such as tilidine. Rechne at least six to eight weeks recovery time. Get appointments from the doctor for the physiotherapeut let you show the exercises you can do.

You can operate a disc incident or reduce pain with medication if you have severe pain, you can take a painkiller that you otherwise take or lubricate Diclofenac (Voltaren) on it
