Help, I can't open my good notes files?

Unfortunately, I can no longer open the notes. I contacted Good Notes support, but they responded very slowly. I couldn't find a phone number either.

I urgently need help because I need the notes for university.

can it be that you're offline or don't have any connection to the cloud?
Or you put the files manually into another folder and GoodNotes does not find them again.
