Help for my spine?

I have had a totally herniated disc every now and then for 5-6 years,

The disc is constantly pressing on the nerve canal. I've tried absolutely everything. I've been to five hospitals, I've been given strong painkillers that only suppress it, and I've had cortisone injections into the nerve canal on the vertebra.

It's really painful and I would rate it a 10 on a scale of 1-10…I really don't know what to do anymore…I'm just getting the injection next week, which always helps for a few weeks….

For your information, I am under 30 and the doctor says that the disc is only two-thirds of its original thickness

Do you know what else I could do? Sometimes I'm completely desperate because of this pain.

kind regards

Hello Tom,

The best therapy does not help in the long run as long as that
Cause/incorrect posture persists , the problem
come again and again.
Painkillers primarily target the symptoms,
but do not change the causes . With long-term use
these no longer work.
At your age, the wear and tear should not be so severe
be.
Find the cause and start from there.

When and in which posture is the pain worst?

Do you have constant pain or
only in certain postures and activities?

Do you also have problems in the morning?
What sleeping position do you mostly adopt?
Lying on your back, side or stomach?

Do you sit at the PC for a long time without the appropriate
Relaxation breaks?

Always happy to help and all the best to you
Thank you grandpa honorably

I've had it so bad and since the disc was taken out and replaced by a prosthesis, I've been born as new. For seven years now!

In such young years, this is always preferable to a stiffening surgery. It is nonsense, by the way, to be too young for it, because already 18 years can have a BSV!

If it's so bad and nothing fails you should think about an operation

Do you know what to do? I'm sometimes totally desperate about this pain.

Let's go to the surgery or let it operate. I'm not a doctor or a doctor. Fear of exploit you don't need my friend 🙂 The sickness fund will take over all your costs. At least at my TK.

Did you find alternatives at the hospital? For example, the stiffening of vertebral bodies?
