Help, already enrolled but new offer?

Hello, the application period at Hochschulstart runs until August 24th, and I was ranked 1500 out of 1200 available places at my dream university (LMU for Law), so I gave up hope and enrolled at Würzburg, a university with open admissions. Well, now LMU has sent me an offer, and I don't know what to do. Can I accept the offer right away, or do I have to de-register from Würzburg first (I've already paid the semester fees, received my enrollment certificate, etc.)? It's really hard for me to decide where to go. I'm from the Munich area and know how difficult it is to get a place in a dorm here.
Does anyone know how to accept the offer? I'd actually like to stay in Munich, since all my friends are here.

To be enrolled at the same time as two courses, it is generally not permissible. In order to be able to enroll you in the other course of study, you only have to undo the enrollment to the first course of study.

Before the beginning of the semester, an enrolment can normally be withdrawn or cancelled. That would be your first step if you decided to study at LMU. However, whether the semester contribution is eligible for reimbursement is another thing. Then just register in Munich, which of course has to happen in time.

Where you’d live if you’re studying in Munich, you’re hoping you’d think so far in advance that you can now resort to thought-out thinking in the decision-making process. It was your wish course.

Just on Monday morning at the university in Würzburg and ask if this is possible to change the university now, that would be the simplest solution
