Hello, how can I learn jumps?
Hello, I wanted to ask how I can try to do jumps in figure skating. I just can't get up from the ice. Does anyone have any tips? I've only been figure skating since September and I'm 14;)

I'm going to Monte Lussari on Saturday after skiing. What do I need to bring? Thanks ☺️
I love going out on the ice myself and will be spending every weekend at the ice rink for six months. I'd be interested to know what you can do and how you learned it. I teach myself everything and just try things out. I'm always very happy when there are only a few people…
Hello, Does anyone know how to shoot in biathlon if you are actually right-handed but have a left dominant eye? I looked it up, but all I found was that you either switch sides (i.e. shoot like a left-hander) or cover your dominant eye (left eye) so that you train your right eye… Both sound…
I'm just starting out with figure skating and balance is very important. Can you give me exercises or something like that to improve it?
I'm currently at my wit's end because I don't know which freeskis are best for me. That's why I'm asking this question and hoping to get some good suggestions. They should be good for freeriding and freestyle, but not too wide.
It only helps practice, practice, practice. Take off all jumps. If you don’t manage to clean up the technology and get around a whole turn, you don’t have to try it on the ice. You can find instructions on YouTube. Otherwise, I’d put a falling pants on your heart for the hip. This helps a little against the blockades in the head and prevents the worst from falling.
hello I’m making an ice-cream and was already 2 times at the Swiss championship
I would recommend you to jump very high on stairs or cubes… and then on and next to the ice always train a lot
