Ich hab grad eine ungeöffnete Tomaten Ketchup von Heinz die seit dem 01.02.2024 abgelaufen ist entdeckt. Also es ist ein MHD drauf. Kann man es noch verzehren wenn ja wie lange noch? Oder soll ich es weg schmeißen?

The ketchup is filled without germ and can be kept much longer than the MHD indicates.
The ketchup (and also many other products) is 100% fresh up to at least the MHD and has not lost any quality until then. This is the meaning of the MHD.
If it is still unopened, you can store it for at least half a year longer until you pick up the bottle.
And when it is opened, you should store it in the refrigerator and consume it within 2-3 weeks.
It is different for example in fresh meat. But then it says “to consume until”.
So, the ketchup is certainly as good as new and you don’t have to throw it away.
