Heil und Kostenplan (zahnarzt) an die falsche Krankenkasse geschickt?
Also ich habe von der alten Krankenkasse ein schreiben mit dem Heilkostenplan und einem gewissen bewilligten Betrag erhalten.
Dieser wurde jetzt allerdings von der alten Krankenkasse geprüft, und auf dem schreiben steht ja auch dabei, das man es nur bekommt, wenn zum Zeitpunkt der Eingliederung man, bei dieser Krankenkasse noch Mitglied ist.
Jetzt hab ich keine Ahnung was ich da machen soll
Die Implantate wurden anfang juli gesetzt, da war ich noch dort, seit dem 1.10 bin ich bei einer anderen Krankenkasse.
Vor 2 Wochen wurde der Zahnersatz angefertigt und draufgemacht.
Das müsste doch dann eigentlich an die neue Krankenkasse gesendet werden? Hat ja auch kostentechnisch nichts mit den Implantaten zu tun.
