Hello, if I redeem a 2 for 1 ticket voucher for Heidepark, I can only select a time of 11:30 a.m. at the earliest. Is this due to the coronavirus? Will they let me in earlier?

Reservierungstermine gibt es ab 9:30 Uhr – somit sind die Termine davor schon alle vergeben. Ein früherer Einlass ist leider nicht möglich – erscheine möglichst pünktlich. Natürlich kannst Du auch einen früheren Einlass an einem anderen Tag buchen, so hast Du/habt ihr mehr Zeit im Park. 🙂

Vollzahler haben da einen besseren Stand .. und ja, ist quasi wegen Corona das die Zeiten angegeben haben an denen man rein kann, soll dichtes Gedränge am Einlass vermeiden. Und nein, in der Regel lassen sie einen nicht früher rein.
