Heart palpitations?
I've been having heart palpitations every few minutes since yesterday…
I've had this for years. Back then my heart was completely examined – nothing.
ECG 2? years ago—nothing…
I'm scared and worried… I'm generally extremely afraid of illnesses, and a lot of it revolves around illnesses that only affect me, and then all the symptoms come along….
Will I die from this? Is it normal? Is it caused by stress? Has anyone else had the same experience?
Yes – I have experience. And it could indeed be your fear.
It is important that you have already let a doctor explain it. This, of course, does not entirely exclude that it cannot be a disease other than what I have experienced! I must stress that. Because Dr. Google never studied and I’m not a doctor!
But my heart also stumbled. Very violent. It was a night of fear and terror because I was worried about someone. The next day I went to my general practitioner. Since the stumbling occurred only in the quiet state – not when the heart is stressed – the doctor knew that there were heart rhythm disorders; You’ll know the word? My doctor gave me a prescription for betablockers. I hesitated. I didn’t want any medicine. Then my doctor looked at me and said it was just in the head. And I could start something with that.
The next time my heart wanted to stumble again, I sat down and did nothing. Just breathe. I’ve always been calmer – I’m totally relaxed. And look there – the stumbling was gone. After that, I could continue with my task.
And I did this the next time. Relaxation didn’t take long!
And since that my heart no longer stumbles! My brain has learned that my heart no longer has to stumble.
But I’m not someone who’s so scared. I’m sorry. And you should get help! If you can relax, it might be that your heart will not stumble anymore.
Thank you for your message. on Friday I have an appointment with the doctor. I’m just afraid I could have something bad… Since then also a pressure on the head and headache… Continuous this stumbling even if I’m actually distracted…
This morning I came home with my son at the pediatrician and then fell on the way I didn’t… Now I lie in bed and it stumbles all the time and that feels so disgusting and makes me so afraid….
Learn to relax! There’s something about YouTube. Keywords: Hatha Yoga. This has nothing to do with “legal knots” but with breathing and relaxing. As soon as you master this, you can see if the stumbling is still there.
Could it be that you suffer from potassium deficiency?
