when I was about 4000 kcal I had had 2 meals which one can also take well as breakfast:

-Banane

-Natural yogurt 300g

-Say 100g

– Honey

– Nuts 100g

-Oliven oil 15ml

that would be 1700 kcal or more

more oatmeal, generally you should try in bulk to draw as many calories as possible from carbohydrates ( rice, noodles, kartoffels, oatmeal etc), you can naturally also increase the fat but the carbohydrates will bring you more for your workout. Esse currently zb 3500kcals divided into 200g protein 500g carbs and the rest with fat (so 80 ca)
