Health insurance/work/job seeker?
Hello everyone.
Briefly about my "problem": sick pay, exhausted unemployment benefit (ALG1), live in a community of need -> no citizen's allowance. I now essentially have to take out voluntary insurance (health insurance).
I left the hospital a week ago and wanted to do a different job than the one I was doing before. I would have to apply for vocational rehabilitation, which would probably be rejected because I haven't paid in for 15 years yet.
I thought that there would be some kind of support available somewhere to help me integrate.
Do you have any other ideas about what I could do? Or advice? Physically, I can't work anymore (I have a bad back). I don't really have any other choice than to do something as a career changer, right?
(I am currently applying for EMR (a little late, but better than never), application for severe disability)

Whether you can work or not and in what profession, a doctor decides in coordination with the agency. As an example, I have 2 disc incidents and work completely normal.
You won't get an EMW because of your short contribution time. If there's something, it's so small that you can't do anything about it

You can still write incapable of work and still report to the employment office. Then you can refer to an EM-Rente ALG I until you have approved – provided that you have fulfilled the waiting period.

FS writes above that only KG was then used alog. Where should a new claim come from?
