Headset and sound?

Good Morning,

I have a problem with my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 gen 2 on the Xbox. When I'm in a game (for example, pressing R6) and there are explosions or gunshots, I hear a crackling sound and then the sound disappears. Even when there's this crackling sound, my game freezes and the controller does what it wants and then turns off and on again, and the sound disappears again. Then I have to constantly turn it on and off to get it working again, but this takes a while until my headset connects to the Xbox.

What's wrong? What can I do? Unfortunately, there's no guarantee.

best regards

Have you ever connected it to a computer and then looked for updates

Okay, I asked support myself

Unfortunately I don't know this brand at all, so I can't think of anything at the moment. I always used old headsets with a jack connection connected to the controller, and I had crackling or noise with them too, but that was due to friction in the connection.
