hdmi oder displayport für 165 hz monitor?
hallo ich habe mir demletzt einen 165 hz monitor gekauft . Er hat hdmi und displayport anschluss aber mein pc hat nur hdmi anschluss . Ich habe miur dann die frage gestellet ob ich zu displayport to hdmi adapter greifen soll oder einfach nur mit hdmi to hdmi verbinden soll . Ich habe gehört dass displayport besser ist aber gibt es einen unterschied wenn ich hdmi zu hdmi oder doisplayport to hdmi benutze? falls ja es wäre sehr nett wenn ihr mir einen amazon link schickt mit dem kabel dass ich kaufen sollte . Ich habe auch gehört dass es hdmi2.0 oder 2.1 gibt aber mehr ahnung hab ich nicht wirklich von dem zeug

I can’t imagine your PC has no display port.
And if he does not have one, then he is either so old or weak that he will not grab the 165 Hz at least in gaming.
hi sorry a bit embarrassing have just noticed that my pc but displayport has that was quite downstairs didn’t notice ..you know vllt good displayport to displayport cables or are all the same?
You can, in fact, reach the most favorable.
you will not get the advantages of a display port because nothing changes except the connection. The signal still comes from the hdmi port and is simply changed.
