Having trouble writing your diary?

I recently asked a question about how best to start journaling. I received a lot of great tips and wanted to put them into practice.

My problem is that I can't seem to open up and just write down my feelings. I don't know why I'm so blocked :/

It's just a book and not a person xD

Am I the only one who has this problem and do you have any tips on what I can do about it? ๐Ÿ™‚

You have to learn to open.

It's best to learn when you first get irrelevant topics. For example, you want to buy an ovarian and what you expect.

If you have a daily routine to discuss, you can gradually look at what you feel.

eg You feel uncomfortable buying the egg cooker XY because it has bad reviews.

With such banalities you gradually learn to listen to yourself. This process can take weeks, but also months or years. Even if you don't write a while, you probably have to learn from the front. But when you're back in, it's very easy for you to analyze your feelings and you don't just notice what you feel, but why.

I am the only one who has this problem

No. For a few years, I have been conducting a medically โ€œorderedโ€ sleep/dream diary and I have always tried to write something of my day when I am eg B. could not remember a dream. Very difficult – have stopped with this part.

and do you have any tips on what I can do about it?

More than I could not recommend.
