Having trouble logging in to Paramount Plus?

Hi, my mum got the subscription and we have to give our account details (bank details) everywhere and on Prime under channels it shows that we didn't even get it, only through the Paramount app and it's really annoying. Does anyone have any experience with this?

If you subscribe to it via Prime, you will not have access to the normal Paramount+. This is all about the Amazon website.
