Haven't been to school since 2020, how can I catch up?
Hey, please read the backstory briefly:
I'm a foster child and have been shuttled from one institution to another for years, so I haven't had any time for school. It's been four years since therapy, and it's slowly getting time to finish school, work, etc. I'm freaking out about time.
How am I supposed to get back into it? So much material has passed since 7th grade, and I've essentially finished my school years.

Didn’t have that much idea of the subject, but I would have asked about a primary school or BVJ in the area? If this does not go evening school or VHS course and external examination.

There are good ways to catch up with a school degree and then start training. For example, there are pre-vocational offers at schools. You can learn in small classes with teachers who can help you catch up with the missing fabric and make the school graduation or the middle school graduation. At the same time, you can do internships during this time in companies that give you an insight into different professions. If you then have your school degree and don’t feel fit enough for a full-time training, you can make an apprenticeship in various professions. This is an education with less theory for people who are difficult to school. Maybe you’ll start regular training, maybe you’ll work as a specialist in your learned profession.
I don’t know what country you live in, probably there are small differences, but in any case you can still start school and professional, don’t worry! If no one has helped you with your question, for example, you can write and read well, that helps you start! Since you have contact with the youth office, ask right there, tell them you want to catch up with your school leaving and don’t know exactly where you have to go. Or are you still in contact with one of your social services from the past? I’m sure someone can help you with an address or phone number. Or you can call directly at a school near you and ask if they have offers for you or if they can forward you to a suitable facility.
