Have you taken out an additional subscription to your Freenet mobile phone contract?
I spoke with freenet customer service today about my contract. At the end of the call, two additional subscriptions were added to my account without my knowledge, which I apparently unknowingly agreed to.
I would like to cancel these subscriptions immediately. How do I do that? There's no cancellation option on the freenet website…
Telephone contracts must be confirmed again in writing. In this way, you don’t need to cancel the two options, but you can object to the facility. Unfortunately, this happens more frequently at Freenet.
In addition, there must actually be a cancellation button in the customer center. If it is not found, contact Freenet in writing and ask the company to cancel the booking. A visit to the consumer centre may also be worthwhile.
