Have occupational disability certified for termination?

Hello, my dears,

Here's what I'm doing: I work as a social worker at a kindergarten. This job has wrecked my nerves, so much so that I've been off sick for six months with severe stress disorder and adjustment disorder.

I'd like to go back to work, but I can't and don't want to work with children and parents anymore. I've been applying for a lot of jobs, but unfortunately, I've mostly just been getting rejections.

Now I've heard that a doctor can certify that I'm unable to work as a social assistant, which means I can quit my job and then receive ALG1 (unemployment benefit) and continue my education.

Can a regular family doctor set this up?

Can I really cancel then?

Won't I get banned with a certificate like this?

No, it cannot and must not be allowed to the family doctor, inability to work is such a thing that should not be handled easily. Who says it’s easier for you to get back to work once you’re unemployed? I’d think about it, now you don’t care how anything else in the backhand, and with an inability to work in the CV, future employers are also thinking.

If you can get on with this, it was also just a hint of me to think about the inability to work, many employers look very carefully and the chances are no longer greater.

Hello,

it asks me why your current employer can’t quit you?

If the prognosis is negative, that you can work again in the foreseeable time, a termination by the employer should be possible and be greenable with reasons lying in the person. Even then you should get ALG 1… if I’m wrong now.

Hello your pediatrician can’t do that, that must be an official doctor, you need a transfer as far as I know it is so

What do you want to do? And are you working on your psyche? I would let the AG quit and not make it so complicated.

I’d heal my psyche, take responsibility, and never let that be attested to me. Unless you plan this into your life. That would never come into question for me.

Everyone as he means:-)
