Have I eaten too much today?

I ate this today, was it too much?
- 1x Alpro soy yogurt without sugar (500g)
- 2x protein pudding (200g each)
- 175g vegetarian strips
- approx. 100g vegetarian bulgur salad
Can I have something to eat tonight, like baked pumpkin?
I am female, 25, normal weight
I would eat something more balanced, with animal products it would look much better…. But assume that if I read it so that you don't eat it….
