Have I consumed 2.5 grams of salt?
My first question is whether it's dangerous. I'm 192 cm tall. And should I drink water? But I don't want it to accumulate on my face, otherwise it looks really thick, so shouldn't I drink any water, right?

This is the amount you would have about 100 grams of sausages, partly in 200 grams of bread.
I don't like most sausages because of the many salt, but many eat this and don't get a poison (-;
Yeah…and on?
Salt is not poisonous and you will have taken much more salt to you in your life.
but should I drink water because I don't want it to be stuck in the face
I have no idea where these fears come from (eating disorder? self-perception disorder?)
But one thing is certain, your face is not a sponge. And you need water (and it is just as little poisonous as the salt in such a small quantity!)
Drink water
but then it saves on the face
How is that supposed to work?
What?
