Have I been hacked?
I was on Google and went to a website. Suddenly, a message appeared saying "Your iPhone has been hacked. All your actions on the device are being tracked by a hacker. Immediate action is required." Underneath, it said "OK." I didn't know what to do and pressed OK. After that, I went to Gutefragen and received a strange request/message from a very strange app. I didn't download the app, though. I also have screenshots of it.
Should I be worried that my iPhone has been hacked? What does this mean?

That’s bullshit and is just to blame you, unprofitable and expensive apps that are supposed to be able to avoid this danger.
Of course, that’s just fake.
Well, sometimes I get something like this when I go up on illegal pages to get for movies. Just close the tabs.
The app has a single rating in 4+ years (probably from the developer itself). The upper “Your iPhone has been hacked” is probably a camouflaged advertisement from the app.
That’s a bad trick to get you into a paid business.
