Skin problems caused by milk?

I went to a dermatologist 3 months ago because I thought I had psoriasis.
He then said there would be something easier and showed me an ointment that helped. For two weeks now, I've been drinking a 1000kcal shake (400-500ml 1.5% fat cow's milk) every day because I want to gain more weight. Now I have dandruff again and these red patches on my chest, shoulders and back, which remain despite the cream and the self-confidence I built up through weight training, etc. Now the question is: Can I change my milk and then carry on so that I no longer have any problems, or do I have to avoid dairy products completely?

Try lactose-free milk, maybe that’s enough.

For example, goat’s milk doesn’t taste so much.

Or try the vegan oat milk. It’s my favorite thing now.

There is also almond milk. But you should be a bit careful, because there are people who can react allergic to almonds and thus to this milk.

There are some people who do not use cow’s milk. I and a friend don’t wear cow’s milk. Hildegard von Bingen has also recommended goat’s milk for skin problems. Goat milk and quendel seem good at skin problems according to Hildegard von Bingen.
