Skin parasites? But which ones?

Greetings everyone.

Since I have already read a lot of questions/answers, it is now my turn to ask a question.

Five weeks ago, I got the first wound on my legs, and within a day, the condition of the wounds worsened dramatically. Since then, I've only had wounds on my legs, hands, and head. I only have three on my stomach and none at all in my genital area.

It doesn't itch at all, except for a few times on my head.

No scratching! At first, I opened a few wounds to see what was underneath.

I was initially diagnosed with scabies and given Infectoscab to rub on. Bedding and other belongings were thoroughly washed every day at 60°C. The surrounding area was sprayed with permethrin mite spray once a week, and I was off sick for two weeks.

I got rid of the wound and was relieved. Ten days later, they came back. However, I didn't stop cleaning my surroundings every day.

I am a 30-year-old, well-groomed man who works on a construction site. At home, I spend a lot of time in the workshop and enjoy being in the fresh air in the garden.

Since the outbreak, I have been to a dermatologist who specializes in diseases.

I was in dermatology at a very good hospital and I am currently in Vienna at the AKH, one of the best hospitals I know.

Up until now, everyone has been standing around me, wondering what's going on. Everyone just confirmed that it wasn't scabies and cautiously refrained from diagnosing it.

I just had a biopsy at the AKH, for which I have a results meeting in 2 weeks.

About the disease itself:

These are wounds on my arms and legs that came up very quickly. Yellow, sticky (hard) wounds.

Both on the scalp.

After a while, white pins stick out.

Like with scabies, I have tunnels under my skin. I've been told that scabies tunnels are much smaller. The tunnels that developed in my case appeared within minutes.

I have been diagnosed with Graves' disease for a year and am currently waiting to have my thyroid removed.

These wounds on my body won't go away, and sometimes black spots appear around them. There's always a black spot inside the wound as well.

I'm already mentally challenged by this and hope that I can get it under control soon.

I can add more. I hope you can see something in the photos.

What do you think it is?

Here is the link to the approximately 70 pictures.

Many thanks in advance
