Worried about skin cancer?

Are you worried about having/getting skin cancer?

With well over 200,000 new cases per year, skin cancer is the most common cancer in Germany.

Although the risk of developing the disease increases with age, younger people are also increasingly affected: 20-year-olds diagnosed with melanoma are no longer uncommon. In general, malignant melanoma can be successfully treated in almost all cases in its early stages.

Since white and black skin cancer has occurred in the family, I regularly allow a screening.

I also use light protection factor 50, as I am much in the fresh air.

I don’t care about tan. I have a 50+ cream if I stay longer in the sun (e.g. holiday on the beach, working in the sun), put my straw hat up and stay in the shade, especially at noon. I find so much more pleasant and relaxing.

Couldn’t understand why you’ve been yelling in the sun for hours. Everything just for a little tan and leathery skin at age, with a decent portion of skin cancer risk? No, thanks. I don’t need such a beauty weapon for me. Because I feel pale in my skin.

I don’t understand this brotherly thing, but I don’t understand it at times, but if it’s pleasantly warm, it’s got something. Front of the beach 🙈

There were no cases of the family and sometimes I am talking to the arut, and I am exhorting myself again and again in which I take the risk.

Having been so relatively afraid of it, however, has not yet been at the precaution (not sure to be honest with me, my parents have always made appointments and co, probably also such an xD) but have a date in a HALBEN year…

I always wear sun protection and avoid to stand/lounge/running in the sun and drink literal coffee. If I should get skin cancer anyway, it’s lazy.

If I’m afraid of all the things that you’re supposed to be afraid of… then I would not have anything else to do all day, to be afraid 🤣

Take physiogel. Is hypoallergenic and maintain a high light protection factor. 20 I mean. In addition to biotin ratio plus vitamins against free radical

I’m skin type 1, so I have to take care of it. In addition, white skin cancer in my family is a topic. That’s why I’m regularly checked.
