LG

In Florida: FL Real Estate – Florida Homes For Sale | Zillow

In California: CA Real Estate – California Homes For Sale | Zillow

We also bought our house online. However, this was only possible because we gave a trusted person on site a power of attorney to unwind everything in our name. Otherwise it would not have been possible at all times.

Please note that it is associated with risks to leave a property uninhabited for months, even if you instruct someone to look at the right. We had, and yet the whole house has been empty. Also squatters are a plague and often only hard to get rid of again.

Often it is also questionable whether you find an insurance that assures an uninhabited house. You may also have to. the jaehrl. property tax on site. It’s not that easy to manage if you’re not constant on site.

In the United States too, house prices are fixed: location, location, location, then land area and Bedrooms plus Bath Rooms (= Qm meter).

You will certainly find houses in this price range.

But you can only live this house temporarily.
Under the B-1/2 Visa maximum 180 days per year.

Take that 10, maybe it’ll be something. And you can’t live long enough.

Look here:

The average price in these regions is significantly higher.

What houses cost in the areas you choose can easily be found online. I doubt 250K will keep you there.

But before you think about homework, do you have a green card?
