It depends on…

If your mini-job employer is this 2% Flat rate tax for you, then you have to pay the mini-job not in your Ek tax return.

If, however, the wage office pays the Mnijoblohn individually after the wage tax, then of course you must specify this mini-job wage in the Ek tax statement!

At Minijobs, the employer normally pays due taxes and you don’t pay taxes and social charges, so you don’t have to show him in the tax return.

Right, if the employer of your mini-job taxes him on a flat-rate basis – what is the usual – then you don’t have to mention him to the tax office.
