Could the youth welfare office have come?
Well, that's a very long question but well
My mom had a boyfriend from 2015 to 2021 who lived with us and he was, let's say, a "drinker" and worked in a bar and came home tipsy every night and then went wild. There are people who are funny when they're drunk and he was just angry and was always arguing with my mom and he also hit my mom every now and then and broke our things. After a while, because it happened almost every weekend, my door was always locked because he had hurt me a lot and also grabbed my head and slapped me against the wall, if you understand, and spat on me when he wasn't drunk, for example. And since the door was closed, I just screamed and stuff because I was worried because they were always abnormally loud and were always arguing on the balcony and we live on the 4th floor. Floor and I was afraid that he would throw her down or something,, and the police came to us three times through neighbors and so on and we always tried to get him out but it was often very difficult and yes and I also wanted to call the police myself several times but I was afraid that the youth welfare office or something would come and I was also very embarrassed because some people from my school live with me
By the way, I'm M14 now and unfortunately it went on like this for 5-6 years
Yes, domestic violence is also a case for the youth office when minors are involved. However, the Youth Office would not have just put you in the home, but would have sought a solution together with you and your mother. You could have stayed with your mother(except she is also violent or similar)
So this is lasting 4 years ago and so to say only my mom is sadly very naive and has still knt to him and he still comes to us sometimes and my mommy has often met with other men and so is never something, but my mommy is violent or so stupid
Certainly, the Youth Office would have been switched on if you were afraid or the police suspected that you were living in a dangerous environment.
Yes I don’t know, the police had asked twice what happened there I was 9 or so and I said that they were just fighting
Dispute can happen. If there is no evidence of maltreatment and the police have no evidence that you are exposed to psychological or physical violence, the Youth Office will not be turned on.
