Hat wer Erfahrungen mit CMD?
Hallo. Bin 19m und habe seit fast einem Jahr Probleme mit den Nebenhöhlen, Kopfschmerzen, Schlafstörungen etc.
Die Jahr davor immer wieder Knie, Hals und Rückenschmerzen.
Habe einmal aber meinen Nacken knacken lassen und ich seitdem hat sich alles verschlimmert und ich habe Ohrprobleme und mein Problem mit den Nebenhöhlen.
Anscheinend habe ich eine Kieferfehlstellung und es werden zuerst meine Weisheitszähne entfernt und danach muss ich eine Zahnschiene tragen.
Hilft das aber wirklich? Was habt ihr für Therapien gemacht ubd was hilft?
