Does eating tuna every day affect my health?
So if I were to eat a can of tuna every day (in a salad, with potatoes, etc.) because I simply enjoy it too much, would that have any negative/positive effects on my health?

Tuna is healthy, but one-sided diet is never recommended. Variedity is much healthier. In the cans is processed tuna. Healthier would be fresh fish.
