Hallo am Fr kommt n Techniker von o2 und wird mein internet machen.
Die telefonverteilerbox habe ich nun schon gefunden die ist jedoch abgeschlossen. Hat ein Techniker von o2 einen Schlüssel? Es steht Willy tel drauf, oder muss da jmd von Willy tel kommen und die aufsperren? Hat evtl der Hausmeister sonst einen Schlüssel, für gewöhnlich?

Aktuell beziehe ich Internet über Kabel von Vodafone. TV läuft aktuell über meinen Vermieter, was sich ab 7/24 ändern sollte. meine Frage, ob ich denn einen neuen Vertrag machen muss oder auch auf TV einfach verzichten kann, ohne dass es irgendwie meinen Internet-Vertrag betrifft?

Guten Tag, ich hab einen DSL Vertrag abgeschlossen und der Techniker kommt genau nächste Woche. Ich habe einen Anruf erhalten und mir wurde gesagt dass der Techniker Zugang zum Verteilerkasten/Hausanschluss benötigt. Darauf bin ich sofort in den Keller gegangen um zu gucken ob dieser bei uns im Keller ist und habe diesen Kasten finden können….

I’d say it’s his problem to the technician. If the company sends the technicians, he must bring his work material. Just let him do it.
The TEchniker is doing a short process: if a distributor of nem electricians is swept, then he will leave again and with the announcement “they will get the key and then they will report again”
So I don’t know this provider. I have always been with Deutsche Telekom or Vodafone on the net customer e.g. at 1&1 and when a technician came, they always had the key in it.
I am not, but is a regional provider in HH willy.tel – Internet Phone TV Mobile Phone Hamburg (willytel.de) and thus… either O2 has taken care of it because they will probably rent the line of those or the FS has lost on the technician day and he must come again
