Hat mein Kater eine Nahrungsunverträglichkeit oder könnte es was anderes sein?

mein Kater (11Monate, BKH) ging es bis gestern Mittag so weit gut, mir ist nichts aufgefallen vom Verhalten oder so das es Ihm schlecht ginge, isst, trink, spielt, selbst der gang zur Katzentoilette war alles normal . Vor 1 1/2 Woche wurde er auch kastriert, die TA sagte er sei gesund und der Eingriff verlief problemlos.. Hin und wieder kämpft er mit einer Augenentzündung die vom TA bereits überprüft wurde und ich erhielt Augentropfen, mit der Therapie 2-3 Tage und alles ist wieder gut.
Allerdings bemerkte ich gestern Mittag das er vermehrt schmatzt . Im ersten Moment sonst keine weiter Auffälligkeit, nach 1-2 Std wurde das schmatzen fast alle paar Sekunden und mir viel auf der gang zur Toilette wurde mehr, aber die Menge vom Urin weniger. Kot wurde auch weniger aber sah normal aus (kein Durchfall und auch kein Miauen bei beiden Toilettengänge, so das ich sagen würde er hätte schmerzen). Er lies sich auch überall anfassen und spielte auch.
Gegen 20 Uhr erbrach er dann, es war unverdautes Essen und die Flüssigkeit war hell braun teils bisschen schleimig. Er hat danach erstmal etwas Wasser von sich aus getrunken. Und lag sich hin um zu ruhen, auf dem Rücken und hat mir seinen Bauch gezeigt, als ich den Bauch abtasten wollte kam dann das treten, war für mich das Zeichen er hat Bauchschmerzen (für mich logisch da er erbrochen hat). Das schmatzen war dann auf einmal weg.
Allerdings hab ich vergessen das Trockenfutter (Animonda vom Feinsten Deluxe Adult, weitere Futter-Infos unten) wegzustellen, wo natürlich mein Kater nach 45Minuten nach Erbrechen dran ging. Und alles fing von vorne an, gegen 22 Uhr Erbrach erneut. Darauf hin hab ich das Futter erstmal weggestellt. Er hat sich dann wieder zum schlafen gelegt, in alles Posen, teils durfte ich den Bauch anfassen (nicht hart) und dann wiederum nicht, das schmatzen wurde weniger bis garnicht.
Ich wurde heute um 5Uhr vom schmatzen meines Katers geweckt, er schlief neben mir (kam wohl irgendwann die Nacht ins Bett, was er darf und fast jede Nacht auch), hat im ersten Moment auch Tief geschlafen. Dann wurde er etwas Unruhig und das schmatzen wurde mehr.
Ich kontrollierte dann mal die Katzentoilette wo über Nacht kein Urin oder Kot abgegeben wurde, er merkte es und ging dann direkt aufs Klöchen, Urinmenge war etwas weniger als morgens üblich und er hat auch kleines normales Häufchen gemacht (kein Durchfall, nur die Menge war kleiner was für mich logisch ist da ja im Magen nichts mehr drin ist).
Aber dieses schmatzen war sehr extrem.
Er hat dann in der Küche Miaut und wollte essen (8Std kein Essen). Ich gab Ihm dann etwas Nassfutter (Sheba Selection Huhn/Rind) er hats gegessen und ging wieder mit mir ins Bett, weiterhin das schmatzen. Dann ca. 20 Minuten später erbrach er wieder, wieder unverdautes und hellbraun mit weißem Schleim (aber mehr Flüssigkeit als Brocken) Danach ist er auch wieder direkt an das Wasser und lag dann auf dem Rücken mit Bauch nach oben und wenn ich näher kam miaute er und lies sich nur am Kopf kraulen, dabei schnurrte er, aber das schmatzen war wieder bedeutet weniger. Nun liegt er und schläft, kaum ein schmatzen allerdings unruhiger Schlaf, er verwechselt sehr oft die Pose.
Info zum Futter:
Trockenfutter ist von Animonda vom Feinsten Deluxe Adult Huhn aber auch Forelle.
Nassfutter wäre Sheba Selection verschiedene Sorten. Dazu hab ich auch Sheba Filets – Feinstes Katzenfutter auch verschiede Sorten (diese isst er auch am liebsten). Am Anfang hatte ich das Nassfutter, was die Züchterin hatte, von Animonda Nassfutter aber er ging mir irgendwann nicht mehr dadran also musste ich ausprobieren.
weitere Detail: Donnerstags arbeite ich immer sehr lange, worauf hin mein Vater Tagsüber nach dem Kater schaut und füttert, was diesmal etwas Merkwürdig war da er ihm das Nassfutter von Animonda gab (ich hatte noch 2-3 Dosen übrig, keine Ahnung wie er diese fand) mein Vater sagte auch er hat davon nicht viel gefressen. Abends gab ich Ihm Sheba. Dazu kommt das Trockenfutter Animonda vom Feinsten Deluxe Adult, da hatte ich Schwierigkeit die 1,75 Tüte zubekommen und ich wollte kein 10kg Sack kaufen, da ich mit der 1,75 bis zu 2 Monate auskomme. Deswegen hab ich dann das Animonda Carny Adult Huhn/Rind gekauft und Ihm am Mittwoch paar Stückchen geben zum Probieren, er hat es gegessen also ging ich am Donnerstag hin und hab das neue Carny Trockenfutter mit dem anderen etwas vermischt. Er ging dran.
Meine Frage nun, könnte er eine Unverträglichkeit haben? Das neue Trockenfutter ihm Erbrechen lässt? Oder eher eine einfache Magen und Darm? (Ich habe bereits gestern das neue Carny Trockenfutter weggelassen weil mir mein Bauchgefühl sagte es könnte ein Zusammenhang sein).
Dazu vielleicht Tipps was ich mein Kater nun zum fressen geben kann als Schonung?

Worms I left out, he is an apartment cat with access to the balcony and terrace (so far no mice caught). And there are no other symptoms for worms.
He usually eats dry food in complication with the wet food. And yes, I have already read this when I was looking for information about cat nutrition, as this had insecure me at the time I had asked the breeder and the first TA. Dry food would not be a problem if he drinks a lot, if he was to be a drinking muffle, I should just give wet food. The food I give is from Animonda of the finest deluxe. What I have never changed, only last on Wednesday/Thursday because I had difficulty getting his dry food, so I only got another from the same brand. Instead of Animonda from the finest, I had Animonda Carny.
