Forelle eingefroren wie lange haltbar?
Moin, hab mir im Juni oder Juli ne frische Forelle vom Hamburger Fischmarkt geholt, kam aber nie dazu die zu essen, jetzt ist meine frage natürlich ob die überhaupt noch haltbar ist? Im Internet sind immer unterschiedliche Angaben. Sie war ja nonstop eingefroren. Was meint ihr?
Gemüse aus der Dose noch gesund?
Hallo Leute.Ich ess gern Gemüse und misch das oft in Reis oder der gleichen.Jetzt hab ich nicht immer TK-Gemüse zu Hause aber so Konserven hab ich eigentlich immer.Hat verschiedenes Gemüse aus der Dose eigentlich noch Vitamine? Ist es noch nahrhaft oder genzlich unbrauchbar und dient nur rein der Magenfüllung? Wie seht ihr das? Lg

Ist da was dran? Ich habe mal einen Ernährungsberater auf Youtube als Werbung gesehen der meinte man soll regelmäßig Kaffee trinken um abzunehmen. Stimmt das?
