Variety names mean nothing on the black market. You should not rely on this in general. Although there are quite varieties which typically contain certain amounts of active substances, it is also dependent on the cultivation and growth conditions on how much of which substances are formed in the plant. In illegal cultivation, this is only controlled to a limited extent. And then, of course, there is still the possibility that one of the dealers simply pretends about the variety/potenz.

Apart from that, I recommend listening to Micha here. Because Indica does not mean so much or not what many still seem to mean.
