  1. Comfortable seat position or so mutilate into the seat that everything is relaxed and does not fall down or slide down when the muscle relaxation begins. This can also be a knee raised behind the front seat.
  2. Keep warm and cushion. Put under the jacket and put the sleeve together as a pillow. Place the head laterally on this pillow.
  3. Relaxation. So focus on the fact that you’re going to sleep here now, which are all the troubles, but that make you happy and think of something beautiful.
  4. Even if you have the impression of not sleeping, stay in this sleep phase. We don’t always get the transition to sleep and keep dreaming that we’re still sleeping, because we couldn’t sleep because of the surroundings. Most of the time we nodd, and then wake up more recovered from sleep.

Take a little pillow. Google for travel pillows. I have the Thermarest compressible Pillow small.

Ensure that one wakes up when someone goes (record to bind, if necessary a lock to the backpack)

Make alarm clock.

This should relax physically and mentally clearly.

Please don’t do. Alcohol sedates, but does not lead to a restful sleep.
