You must register your car via the app when you drive to the parking lot. Then the data is stored centrally somewhere on a server.

Then others can check if your car was logged in to the app at the time of checking by accessing the server and querying your license plate.

The meaning and purpose is that you can take the phone with you to extend the parking time, etc.

No, you log your license plate online and that’s exactly what’s checked online at a check, so don’t get it.

I use it regularly, and that works very well. The inspectors see who paid over EasyPark in an app. In some places you get a hint when setting the parking time that you want to put a note “online parking” in the car. I don’t think that’s the way it was.

There are also stickers with the logo from the operator.

If you pay for EasyPark, you will also be able to check it in the region where you are registered.
