First you look at the first poem the outer form. Like many stanzas, which rhyme scheme, Metrum ect. Then you go to the content. What topic, what era, linguistic peculiarities, rhetorical means. Then you take the second poem and make the same first as the first poem. Now you have the basis for the comparison. At the beginning of the written analysis, you enter the external form and compare it with both poems. Then you do the same with the content. If the poems have a similar message, they come from different eras, they grab the same motifs on ect.
For the final part, you summarize your findings briefly and closely.
