These fish varieties have B12:

Mackerel with 9.5 μg per 100 g.

sardines come to 8.9 μg per 100 g,

Hering contains 7 μg of vitamin B12. per 100 g

trout contains 4.5 μg of vitamin B12, per 100g

tuna is 4.25 μg per 100g

Salmon 2.9 μg per 100g
