A LIter incubated peppermint tea has an average of 10 kcal (approximately 2g sugar).

If you don’t make sugar or honey in: no.

It is basically just water in which dried herbs were kept pure…

Addendum: no idea what the 70kcal per 100 grams refer to. If it’s the mint, then 100 grams of it are loose for 40-50 cups. And even there you don’t drink the herb, but take it out. It’s definitely just a fraction of calories in the water. The tea itself does not have a measurable/relevant amount of calories. This will be somewhere in the 0,… area.

No. Tea and coffee without sugar or milk do not have any calorie.

theoretically, such a cup may have 3 calories, but so much you need to lift the cup.

100 g plant mass may have these 70 calories, but you do not eat the tea bag on
