Has a 4 clock 45kmh scooter still ne Variodrossel?

This is different from manufacturers to manufacturers. My Kymco Filly 50 had a variomatic sleeve with collar, which limited the stop of variomatics. In the accessory there was a “Rennsport Sleeve” without a collar, which has allowed the running surface of the variomatic to be fully utilized.

After that I had a Honda Vision 50i. This had no sleeve, but a consciously too small variomatic. If you wanted to drive faster, you had to change the whole part. There are also 50 cm3 motor scooters with electronic speed limit, recognizable on the electric cable at the variomatic.

Cables on Variomatics? I’ve never seen that before. When the CDI is throttled, it then runs via the pickup cable or the signal generator on the light machine. In principle, like a speed limiter.

I’ve seen it before, I mean, it was a pegasus. The electric speed limit was even on it.
