Does the ECG show anything?

Does this ECG show ST elevation? Because it looks so strange before the T wave.

No, this isn’t a ST exercise. Could be diagnosed badly in just one single EKG derivative anyway, but there is no suspicion here.

Before you ask: this EKG derivation is without any susceptibility

No, I don’t see any ST lift. By definition, the J-point must be 1 mm (a small square) higher than the PQ line. The J-spot here is quite normal. Maybe the ST track is a bit concave, but that’s inconspicuous.

A smartwatch is not suitable for detecting a possible ST lift. Doesn’t look that way either.
