Has the transfer been received?

Good morning 🙂

My girlfriend is a Sparkasse member and has been transferring money to me online since Monday. The execution says "as soon as possible."

Since I'm with Postbank, this should only take 2-3 business days… but so far, I still haven't received the transfer… and it's Friday.

Does anyone know what the problem is, or if there's a solution? Or do I have to wait? Because I'm a little worried.

If the transfer was made on Monday, it would have to arrive on Tuesday (at the latest Wednesday, when order was received after receipt).

The Sparkasse probably rejected the execution (e.g. due to lack of coverage).

No, in the normal case, a transfer must arrive at the recipient no later than the following business day; there are exceptions for orders and orders issued late (after receipt) in paper form.

it takes in the rule 3-5 working days until a transfer is credited. what do you not understand

No, it doesn’t take so long.

There have been clear legal regulations for years, and so long periods of time are inadmissible (and are practically not available).

Check if you have entered everything correctly, otherwise your girlfriend should contact your bank.
