Urethra inflamed?

I've been having pain when urinating for a few days.

Not while the water is running but when I'm finished and the last drops come out, there is a stinging/burning pain that is unpleasant but quite short.

About five days ago, I masturbated and rubbed my clitoris, which (probably) also caused my urinary tract to urinate. I had just rubbed my hands with scented hand cream, so I think that's where the inflammation is coming from.

Nothing hurts when touched and everything looks normal, including the urine.

Do you think this will go away on its own and when should I see a doctor at the latest?
