Copy hard drive with almost similar files?
I have two external hard drives with a lot of data on them. The structure is basically the same on both, but in addition to many identical files, each contains additional files. What's the easiest way to find out which files are only on one hard drive and copy them to the other?
Without any additional programs? Simply take the folder piece by piece. Then the box shouldn’t suck. And double files just skip. He’ll show.
Simply copy everything and skip the already existing files.
I tried. But then the error message came that there was not enough space on the external hard drive. This is not true – if only the files that are not yet available are copied. But somehow it didn’t work that way.
Hello K12345,
You could FreeFileSync comparing the two folders to each other, then it shows you all the differences.
